Such a peaceful area!!
A wonderful place, especially to meet our son's future in-laws. The whole clan was here or down the road in 4 other cabins-a big group....Room to play yard games and talk-eat & get to know one another.

This is our ninth year. This our second Home! We love watching the barges, going up & down the Ohio River. This is where we come to get away from day to day life!

Great times. Perfect Family Memories. Cabins are nice and clean. The area is very picture-esque. The stay will be memorable.

We love Derby! It is the perfect place to come for peace and rest.
The weather was wonderful. We had dinner in the cafe in Leopold one night, the buffet at Ramsey's Tavern one night, and grilled out the last. For the first time we visited the Celtic Cross and the Pioneer Village (under construction). Both are worth a visit.

The entire family enjoyed the relaxing scenic get-away on the Ohio River in Derby, IN. We stayed almost a week and even had the opportunity to take a friend snipe hunting. He is now an initiated member of this clan. Ha Ha The place was a wonderful start for a new family tradition.

Scott and I enjoyed our stay. It was lovely staying here. We loved watching the six deer drinking from the Ohio River by the dock and playing by the shore last night @7:30 P. M. We hope to come back for a longer stay the next time.

Thank you so much for a lovely home to get away. The 4 children enjoyed hiking,canoeing,fishing, and rolling down the hill out front. We have decided that we would like to come back here for a longer stay.

Good start to a long weekend. Nice cabin, lovely view of the Ohio River backdropped by the beautiful Kentucky mountains. The woods are beautiful. Tell City is nice has several nice restaurants. My husband is planning a fishing trip with the fellow for the spring.

We were looking for a weekend getaway and started looking at cabins on line. Came across this one and it is close to home.
Loved the cabin! Our son came Friday night & stayed then Granny & Papaw picked him up Saturday. He loved it! He loved the hot tub and all the rooms and enjoyed reading the funny entrees in the journal. On our night alone....it snowed while we were in the hot tub! Pretty Cool! We will be back again soon!

This trip fell on my 32nd birthday! My husband and I have had a great time relaxing, listening to "nothing" except nature.
The cabin is perfect!! Looks small from the outside but the inside is just big enough!
Built a fire last night, had some drinks, listened to the coyotes! Got in the hot tub! Saw amazing shooting stars. Getting ready to leave-back to insanity!
